The school had a strong reputation and loyal families. Its website needed to reflect that, and to guide new families from their first visit all the way to enrollment.

Prospective families compare schools online long before they visit. Current families need calendars, updates and resources. Staff candidates look for open positions. All of it has to work together.

What I Identified
The website had to serve three audiences at once, without confusing any of them.
New families needed to understand the school and know exactly how to enroll. Current parents needed quick access to calendars and resources. Future staff needed to see open roles.
A brochure-style website would have left most of them searching.
Every visitor needed a clear path to what they came for.

I helped them:
- Rebuild the website on a modern, flexible foundation
- Create key pages for Admissions, Student Life and Staff
- Map a clear enrollment path: inquire, tour, apply, shadow day, family interview
- Set up an events calendar shared by the school and childcare
- Add a careers section with live job listings
- Run security audits and speed optimization
